Clear + Brilliant

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle, non-ablative fractional laser that refreshes and brightens the skin by stimulating collagen production and replacing damaged cells with healthier tissue. It is designed for early prevention and maintenance rather than correction of significant damage, with minimal downtime and visible results after a series of sessions.

Skin quality degrades gradually. Collagen breaks down, cell turnover slows, pigmentation accumulates from sun exposure, and pores become more visible. Early-stage concerns like uneven tone, dullness, and fine lines develop long before they require more aggressive intervention.

Clear + Brilliant uses fractional laser technology to create millions of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of the skin. Each zone triggers the body's natural healing response, stimulating collagen production and replacing damaged cells with fresh, healthier tissue. Because only a fraction of the skin is treated at a time, the surrounding tissue remains intact. This supports fast recovery while still producing meaningful improvement in tone, texture, and radiance with each session.

At-home care:

• SPF 30 or higher daily. UV exposure is the primary cause of the concerns this treatment addresses.
• Hyaluronic acid serum and gentle moisturiser to support barrier recovery
• Vitamin C serum, once healed, to complement collagen stimulation
• Retinoids and active ingredients can be resumed after 1 week

Before treatment:

• Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 5 to 7 days before treatment
• Avoid injectables in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks before
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin

After treatment:

• Avoid makeup for 12 to 24 hours after treatment
• Avoid direct sun exposure, heat, saunas, and strenuous exercise for the first week
• Do not pick or scrub the flaking skin. Allow it to shed naturally.

During treatment

A topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand. The laser handpiece is guided gently across the treatment area, delivering fractional laser energy to the skin's upper layers. Most patients describe a warm, sunburn-like sensation. Sessions take 30 to 45 minutes including preparation.

After treatment

Redness immediately after treatment resembles a mild sunburn and typically resolves within a few hours to 24 hours. From days 2 to 5, a gritty or sandpaper texture is common as dead skin cells surface. This is invisible to others but noticeable to the touch. Moisturising regularly helps. Most patients resume normal activities the same day.

Results timeline

Brighter, smoother skin is typically visible within 1 to 2 weeks as the skin renews. Tone, texture, and pore improvements build over a series of 4 to 6 sessions. Collagen stimulation continues for up to 3 months after each treatment.
