Vos Loyalty rewards are subject to program terms, eligibility, location availability, and applicable law, and may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Rewards may be used only for eligible cash-pay, non-reimbursable aesthetic/cosmetic services and eligible retail skincare products and may not be used for insurance-covered or government-payor-covered services or products, prescription products, medical devices, treatment packages, memberships, account balances, or required patient cost-sharing.

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, gift cards, store credit, or account credit.

Any retail skincare appreciation benefit is not referral compensation and may not be tied to any person’s treatment, spend, treatment plan, procedure type, number of visits, package or membership purchase, prescription purchase, or clinician-directed service.

Clinical recommendations are based solely on each patient’s individual needs and provider judgment, not loyalty status, rewards, referrals, purchases, or program participation.
